Samsung’s latest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, is set to launch in less than two weeks at a special event on August 23rd.
We previously wrote about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 back in June and in the time since lots of juicy details about the successor to the infamous Galaxy Note 7 have leaked online.
Most recently, we found out from a post on Chinese website Weibo that the Galaxy Note 8 will be available in eight different colour variants so you’ll have plenty of gorgeous looking options to choose from when the smartphone goes on sale.
The variants include:
- Midnight Black
- Artic Silver
- Orchid Gray/Violet
- Coral Blue
- Dark Blue
- Deep Sea Blue
- Pink
- Gold
As this is a Samsung Note smartphone, it will come with the company’s patented S Pen stylus for quick and handy note taking and as the leaked image of the variants reveals the accompanying S Pen will match in colour.
The most recent rumours about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s specifications suggest it will feature a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display, which is just slightly larger than the ‘Infinite Display’ featuring Samsung Galaxy S8+, plus a dual-camera set on the rear of the device, a first for the South Korean company.
While other smartphone manufacturers were quick to jump on the dual-camera bandwagon, Samsung held off from including the technology in its devices for quite some time.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is believed to feature two 12MP camera sensors, both of which will use the company’s dual-pixel autofocus system, providing owners with notably smooth videos and picture perfect photos.
We’ll keep you updated with more info about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 once it launches on August 23rd.
