IFA 2016 is kicking into high gear and with it comes a host of cutting edge technology from around the world.
Acer’s contribution to the best and brightest is their latest laptop, the Swift 7. It’s high powered and has a focus on style but it’s standout feature is that it’s the thinnest laptop ever released, at less than 1 centimeter!
To be exact it’s just 9.98 millimeters in thinness, and comes with gorgeous detailing that makes it look seriously desirable. Black and gold are the predominant colours here, and you also get chamfered edges which are simply delicious to hold. And at 1.1kg it’s easy to hold onto.
Thankfully, Acer hasn’t just thought about style, with some impressive innards too. There’s a Core i5 processor on board which runs full-fat Windows on the 13.3 inch screen. There’s even a good selection of ports, including two USB 3 ports and a headphone jack.
It’s fanless so you’ll always have quiet operation and Acer says it will last for a massive 9 hours on a single charge. It’s an impressive package, and will be coming to market by the end of 2016 around the world.
