Mac is Working for Businesses with the New Office 2016

In the past, Microsoft Office may have been more associated with Windows machines but the software has been available on Macs for many years and the latest release is the best yet.

Office Home & Business 2016 is now available for Macs and features a new user interface that’s designed to be simple and intuitive to use, while retaining look and feel of Office. It also comes with full support for high resolution Retina Displays which are common in Apple computers.

The software includes the most up to date versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote – everything that you’ll need for your business or personal requirements. The design has been tweaked to be familiar and also deeply integrated with the best of Mac.

Word comes with a new design tab which will help make your documents look better than ever and you can easily collaborate with other users to get more done – you can even edit at the same time!

In Excel, everything has become more visual – from how you create your data to the way its shown off in graphs and other insights. A handy tool will help you pick the best ways of presenting your information to help get your data across.

PowerPoint has also seen a revamp, with the Presenter View being a really great addition. With this mode you can see your notes, and two slides at a time plus a timer on screen, but only the current slide is projected to the group.

And Outlook continues to include email and calendar entries in the same useful space and now presents related mails as a conversation thread that’s easy to follow.
