The Personalisation of Music

Untitled

What a world we live in! Gone are the days of hoping CDs were put back correctly; fishing one out for a few good songs; or syncing your music collection with your portable player. Now, we have a selection of millions of songs, right at our fingertips, no matter where we are.

As Monty Python famously said, we “are all individuals.” There’s no one size fits all solution and we all have our own needs when it comes to a home audio setup. A variety of factors come into play when choosing speakers. If you’re stuck for space, for example, you’ll probably prefer something compact like the Sonos Play:3, while those with more space may go for the Sony HiFi MHCV7D, a system with a huge sound that can stream playlists from select smartphones.

Maybe your choice of speaker comes down to where you source your music from. Many speakers, like the Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speakers, can connect wirelessly to your smartphone, tablet or other Bluetooth device.

Of course, we’re not limited to listening to music at home. If you are listening to music on the go, you need a good set of headphones. The ones you buy will again vary depending on your own personal needs.

Perhaps you need something that you feel are secured when you’re moving like Philips’ ActionFit Sports In- Ear Headphones, or you desperately need to block out the world around you, in which case you’ll need the noise canceling abilities of something like the Bose QuietComfort Headphones.

No matter how or where you like to listen to music, it’s important that you find audio products that cater to your needs. Thankfully, we live in a world of choice so you can listen to your music, your way.

The Sonos Play:3 is one of those great things that comes in small packages. It pumps out great sound from virtually any internet or network audio source. Two speakers can be turned into separate left and right channel speakers; throw in a Playbar and Sub for the full surround sound experience.

Slip these on and get away from the hustle and bustle of the world around you. The Bose QuietComfort headphones feature acoustic noise canceling technology to cut out unwanted outside noise, while Bose Active EQ and TriPort technology ensures that music of all genres sounds incredible.
