E3 2018 Predictions Part 2
Welcome to our second blog dedicated to Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018, aka E3 2018, the biggest video games conference in the world today.
In the first part of our blog we noted how The Last of Us Part 2, Cyberpunk 2077 and the Final Fantasy VII remake will likely be showcased at the event and in today’s entry we’re predicting what other games are expected for E3 2018.
Beyond Good and Evil 2
It’s been fifteen years since the original Beyond Good and Evil came out and while the game has been teased for many years it seems that progress is finally being made.
Ubisoft officially announced Beyond Good and Evil 2 at E3 2017 and provided us with some much needed in-game footage that showed off a dizzying sense of scale.
It’s likely Ubisoft will have more to reveal about this hotly anticipated game in a few weeks’ time.
Ghost of Tsushima
A samurai epic from the creators of the acclaimed inFamous series, Ghost of Tsushima is a brand new open world game set in 1274 during the bloody Mongol invasion of Japan.
Players take on the role of a samurai tasked with protecting his homeland from the brutal invaders, although Sucker Punch has been a bit cagey as to what kind of open world system the game will feature.
One thing’s for sure though, Ghost of Tsushima is going to be an action-packed adventure set in a beautiful Japanese landscape and Sucker Punch is almost guaranteed to reveal plenty of new info about the game at E3 2018.
The sequel that nobody asked for that may well turn out to be one of the biggest games of E3 2018, Rage 2 is the follow-up to id Software’s 2011 post-apocalyptic shooter, Rage.
Very little is known about the game so far apart from it will be a joint project between id Software and Avalanche Studios and is scheduled for launch at some stage next year.
Publisher Bethesda recently released the very first gameplay trailer for the game so hopefully we’ll hear more about the at E3 2018.
