Google Family Link
Google Family Link is a brand new app from the world’s biggest technology company for parents. It allows parents to keep an eye on how their kid’s smartphone use and approve or block specific apps before they’re downloaded. You can also see how much time is spent on different apps with weekly and monthly reports, set daily screen time limits and remotely lock smartphones when it’s time for bed. Facebook Messenger Lite
Currently available for Android devices only, Facebook Messenger Lite is a faster and more data friendly version of the Facebook Messenger app. It contains the main features found in the standard version of the Facebook Messenger app including free calls via WiFi plus one-on-one and group messaging. You can also send and receive photos, videos, stickers, emojis and links. Movies Anywhere
The final app on today’s list is a very handy movie app that allows you to purchase and watch movies from Amazon, Google Play Movies, iTunes and Vudu. Basically, it acts as a giant library for the aforementioned subscription services, enabling you to access more than 7,000 movies that can be watched anywhere on a smartphone, laptop, TV or tablet.
