Continuing on from yesterday’s blog about how Pantone chose Greenery as its Color of the Year, we’re going to take a look at some of the products from our upcoming homewares catalogue and how our earthly and botanical ‘Natural Attraction’ theme fits in with this year’s chosen colour.
As health and wellbeing becomes an even greater focus in our daily lives, we’ll start to see Greenery creep into more and more areas of creativity. Whether it’s interior design, fashion, food or travel, Greenery will be the colour that influences many aspects of 2017
Our upcoming ‘Natural Attraction’ theme is all about getting back to nature and allowing the calming influence of Greenery to help us make our homes more peaceful places. This theme will be central in interiors for Spring Summer 2017, and naturally leads into the Tropical Botanicals we’ll start seeing come high summer.
Concrete Grey Pot and Large Floral Design Pot
The easiest way to add some Greenery to your home is of course to introduce some plants to your living space. The Concrete Grey Pot and Large Floral Design Pot are two great examples of matching a soft and earthly grey colour with Greenery, and look wonderful wherever you decide to keep your plants. The Concrete Grey Pot is perfect for smaller plants while the Large Floral Design Pot can hold larger plants and small shrubbery.
Large and Medium ‘Hurricane Rope’ Candle Holder
These gorgeous candle holders are made from rope and give the impression of salvaged items, which works well with the back-to-nature element of Greenery. Choose from a large or medium ‘Hurricane Rope’ Candle Holder to create gentle and elegant lighting.
