Try to increase the total time you spend exercising by a few minutes each week and alternate between different activities (walking, cycling, swimming etc.) each day to keep things fresh.
3. Sleep Well
A good night’s sleep is vital for a happy and healthy life, so try get into the habit of going to bed at the same time each night and getting up at the same time each morning. Avoid electronics for at least 30 minutes before bed as this will help you to properly relax and unwind.
4. Get Connected
