Nutella popsicles


1 cup full cream milk

1/3 cup Nutella


Step 1.Gather all ingredients and popsicle moulds.

Step 2.Place the milk and Nutella in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Step 3.Pour into a popsicle moulds.

Step 4.Freeze for approx. 2 hours and serve

Basic pancakes


1 cup (150g) self-raising flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 egg, lightly beaten

3/4 cup (180ml) milk

50g butter, melted


In a bowl mix flour and sugar.

Beat in the egg and then milk at little at a time until batter is smooth and lump-free.

In a hot pan or flat grill, brush butter over cooking surface and pour 1/4 cup measures for each pancake.

When large bubbles form on the surface, flip over and cook until lightly golden on the other side.

Easy chocolate cake


1 cup (150g) self-raising flour, sifted

1/3 cup (50g) cocoa, sifted

1 cup (220g) caster sugar

1/3 cup (80g) butter, softened

1/2 cup (125ml) milk

2 eggs, lightly beaten


Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease and flour or grease and line a 24cm cake tin and set aside.

Place all ingredients into a bowl and using a mixer, mix on high for 4 minutes.

Pour into cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the centre.
