110g fresh ripe peaches (stone removed, sliced)

125ml chilled milk, unsweetened almond orĀ  soy milk

33g natural Greek yogurt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 ice cubes

1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/16 cup honey

65g vanilla ice cream

1/4 pear (quartered, cored)

40g frozen raspberries

31ml reduced fat milk
