Summer Smoothie Recipes From Sage

Summer often makes people a bit more conscious about healthy eating. Smoothies are a wonderful way to get your daily intake of fruits and vegetables, plus they’re a delicious way to eat right.

Here are just a few of our favourites so that you can start your day right. Of course, you’ll need to right equipment too to get all the nutrition from these smoothies. We recommend the Sage The Kinetix Twist Blender.

 

 

Zesty Green Smoothie:

1/4 lime (peeled and seeds removed)

1/4 kiwi (peeled)

1/4 Lebanese cucumber (roughly chopped)

2 ice cubes

94ml chilled coconut water

25g kale leaves (stems removed, roughly chopped)

1/4 pear (chopped)

Pomegranate Berry Green Smoothie:

32g mixed frozen berries

15g baby spinach leaves

1/4 banana

32.5g natural yoghurt

62.5ml chilled pomegranate juice

Green Orange & Mango Smoothie:

1/2 orange (peeled, seeds removed)

1 Tuscan cabbage leaf

1/4 avocado (peeled, seeded)

32.5g frozen mango (chopped)

156ml chilled coconut water
