Rachel Allen recently stopped by our Flagship Store Tallaght for a cooking event in partnership with Evoke.ie and KitchenAid. In front of almost 100 lucky attendees, Rachel cooked up a delicious 3-course Easter meal that you can just as easily put together in your kitchen.
Rachel’s 3-course Easter meal started with a pea and coriander soup paired with white soda bread. She followed it up with a rack of lamb covered in a spicy harissa paste. She also noted how the rack of lamb can be swapped out for a shoulder or leg of lamb, a useful tip if you ask us!
For a delicious dessert Rachel created a rhubarb crumble cake, a fitting choice as rhubarb is in season at the moment.
The attendees got to sample Rachel’s cooking while also enjoying a glass of bubbly! One lucky winner also took home a KitchenAid Stand Mixer worth €615!
