February is typically one of the coldest months of the year but this February in particular is really taking the frozen biscuit!

- 1 kiwi – peeled
- 4 oz pineapple
- 1 tsp mangosteen powder
- 3 tbsp almonds
- 1 cup water

This super healthy smoothie contains a high amount of vitamin C thanks to the inclusion of kiwi, pineapple and clementine, and will help your immune system to remain strong during the cold weather.

- 1 1/2 oz collard greens
- 1 mini cucumber
- 2 oz kumquats
- 1 apple – chopped
- 1/2 tsp chlorella
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
Another great recipe for boosting your immune system, this smoothie is jam-packed with B-12, an essential vitamin responsible for healthy red blood cells and a healthy nervous system.

- 4 oz golden beets – scrubbed, chopped
- 5 oz grapes
- 1 lemon – juiced
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
This incredibly healthy and yummy tasting smoothie is full of iron, potassium, fiber and zinc, which is especially fantastic at boosting immune systems and keeping bodies feeling fit and healthy.
